Pros:

Tremendous is very intuitive for both the administrator and the recipient. In the beginning I had to reach out to customer support and their response time was very timely.

Cons:

There is nothing that I do not like about Tremendous. A few weeks ago I thought it would be a good idea to have an option to schedule payment delivery and they quickly responded with a solution. Now this is not even an issue.

Reasons for choosing Tremendous

Do not have to travel with cards or make sure they are loaded in advance. It's easy to transfer money from our bank to pay respondents.

Great for multiple gift card options!

Overall experience has been great! Tremendous makes it a lot easier to have select campaign amounts vs having to re-enter each amount every time I want to send a gift. Overall - it's easy to send, intuitive platform, and offers templated options.

I appreciate that I can create multiple campaigns to send different gift card offers / dollar amounts in advance. I also like the option to send via email, text, or physical card.

Cons:

We have a card on file but we get charged a fee every time we send a gift. I don't like that we have to "load" the platform every time. We send one-off gifts and it's easier to send as needed vs having to load in money - our card is on file so I don't understand why its necessary and it's time consuming.

Reasons for switching to Tremendous

Company made the decision, I believe it was cheaper- I was not a part of the process.

Tremendous is the best way to pay rewards!

Tremendous has been a wonderful experience. What used to take half a day with paper checks, now take about 15 minutes with Tremendous.

Great Gift Card Sending Out Platform for Sales Teams and Account Managers

Overall, my experience with Tremendous has been very positive. The platform is easy to use, dependable, and scales well as incentive volume grows. Setup is straightforward, payouts are fast (have gotten even faster), and the wide range of reward options makes it easy to meet different recipient preferences. Integrations like Zapier significantly reduce manual work and streamline internal workflows. While there are some limitations around customization, the platform has been a reliable, time-saving solution for managing incentives and gift cards. It’s helping my company grow.

What I liked most about Tremendous is how easy it makes sending incentives and payments at scale. The platform is intuitive, reliable, and offers a wide range of payout options, making it simple to match different recipients’ preferences. Setup was quick, reporting is clear, and the overall workflow saves a ton of time compared to manual payouts. The Zapier integration is the cherry on top: it makes it super easy to facilitate gift card requests from my sales team and keep everything moving without extra admin work. Also, it's worth mentioning that it brings excellent value for the money spent. We don't incur any extra costs outside the actual gift card credit being sent.

Cons:

What I liked least is that customization is somewhat limited for my use case. I have to set up a separate campaign for each employee when sending thank-you gift cards, which makes it harder to manage. It would be much more efficient if sender details could be dynamically inserted (like the sender’s name and phone number), so multiple team members could send rewards without needing individual campaigns.

Tremendous is the #1 way our business compensates B2B and B2C experts with whom we work on commercial due diligence products. Understanding the customer experience is critical to us, and we want to show our gratitude for their time and expertise with quick, seamless, widely-usable gift cards. We run campaigns that are quick, can be used as templates for the future, and are easy to track for expense and tax filings. Could not recommend Tremendous more highly. It's the gold standard.

Cons:

Nothing I can really think of! Initially, we took a bit of time to onboard and make our very first campaign. The Tremendous team educated me on why this took time (KYC and AML reasons), and we have been smooth sailing since then.

Great option to easy payments for creators.

My overall experience with Tremendous was very positive. It was easy to navigate, simple to understand, and it offers multiple payment options that make it very convenient for managing creator payouts.

Very easy to use, intuitive interface and it allowed me to pay creators with a credit card without complications. The setup was fast and everything worked smoothly.

At this moment I don’t really have any complaints. The platform worked well for my needs and the process was clear, simple, and efficient from start to finish.

Reasons for switching to Tremendous

PayPal was complicated for us because it has many security restrictions, and since it’s a company account, different team members handle payments at different times. We needed something simple so that anyone on the team could log in and generate payments without issues. PayPal even blocked our account at one point due to “suspicious activity” because multiple people were accessing the platform.

Tremendous is a complete no brainer. It’s the easiest, most reliable, and most functional option.

I signed up for the platform just to explore it. Right away, I found it very simple to use. The next day, I received an email from a team member who was extremely kind, his name is [sensitive content hidden]. He was very helpful, understood my needs, and went straight to showing me exactly what I needed within the platform. That confirmed what I had already noticed, that it’s very easy to use. He also cleared up a few questions I had, and by the same day I was already able to start the whole process, add funds, and begin sending gift cards. Everything worked perfectly. The recipients received their gift cards immediately, I had no issues at all. It truly works for all countries, you can cover everything.

I love how easy it is to send gift cards anywhere in the world. This makes our initiatives much easier, since we are a global company. The platform is very streamlined and genuinely easy to use. I didn’t need to read any documentation or follow a step by step guide, because the platform is extremely intuitive. Everything felt straightforward and secure. Adding funds and transferring credits was also very fast, with multiple payment options available. Simply the perfect solution for anyone who needs to send gift cards. And the best part is that it’s free. You only pay if you choose to add funds with a credit card, which has a small fee. If you prefer a bank transfer, it’s not only very fast but completely free. You don’t earn anything, and you don’t spend anything using the platform. That’s incredible. It’s also extremely easy to create and send gift cards. They provide ready to use templates, so you can simply upload your logo and send them out. You can upload the list of email addresses you want to target, and that’s it. Everything is very simplified and straightforward.

Cons:

To be honest, the only thing I didn’t like is that before finding them through a referral, I searched for this solution on Google and couldn’t find them. That was the only downside. So maybe they could improve their visibility to be more easily found on Google.

Ease of use, value of being to upload a a CSV with all the individuals who will be receiving a gift card. No bugs or issues I have encountered and the interface is easy to navigate. Templates make it easy to replicate the process

A really easy to use platform that has helped us pay our research incentives more efficiently. It's easy to get help and support when required and offers great value for money when compared to competitors.

Cons:

Haven't found anything to dislike yet, occasionally campaigns are put on hold for additional checks but they seem to happen promptly and it's good to know that security and fraud is taken seriously.
