About WebHR

WebHR is a cloud-based human resource management solution that helps organizations manage their employees' employment lifecycle, from the time they were hired to retirement. The solution merges functionalities provided by human resource and information technology departments into one suite.

WebHR has a built-in messenger that allows users to collaborate and discuss issues surrounding workplace productivity. The solution enables employees to input their attendance, apply for paid time off, submit reimbursement requests and submit their resignation. Additionally, WebHR offers features, such as personnel tracking, payroll with multi-currency and multilingual support, benefits administration, applicant tracking, applicant sourcing, onboarding, and performance review.

With the time and attendance feature managers can track employees' working hours and the system integrates with biometric devices such as finger scanning or card readers. WebHR offers a mobile application for iOS and Android devices for remote usage. It is available on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online chat, phone and email.

Pros:

I must confess, the whole software is very helpful, but prominent amongst every feature is the Applicant Tracking System. everything we do in the office revolves around hiring the capable hands to go about it. Thus, with the aid of this feature, my office is now the home of professionals. As per the integration with my business process, it has not been easy because we were used to the conventional interview, staff scouting and human resource management system, nevertheless, adopting has made our office an utopia and WebHR, our new consultant

i have not found any aspect of this least interesting or with a need to be improved

Great experience payroll was efficient and paystub were always available whenever we needed it and they were correct, only those with the righg access got approval

One of the best time keeping apps I’ve come across yet with easy access great customer support it’s easy to track employee times

It works well. I send schedules out 5-10 mins before reps are needing to clock in. Allows me to accurately schedule and reps to accurately clock in Suggestion. Allow for multiple templates for sending schedules. I send out schedules for reps and some work the same hours and some not so much. If I were able to make a template of say a standard open to close. 9:30am-7:15pm. M-Sat, and for Sundays 11:30am-5:15pm. And additional for reps who work fixed schedule like a 9:30am-5pm. Or 12pm-7:15pm.
