it's integration with LinkedIn so recipients of the link aren't forced through an interstitial page, which some won't do.

Cons:

Great for importing serval events from multiple other calendars!

This is by far the easiest calendar manager app to import events and appointments from all the different calendars. My school uses Microsoft, i use icalendar on my mobile and Google calendar with most of my freelance clients before using calendly.
