The 3rd place for Coms: Group Notes

MeisterNote is a wonderful addition to our internal toolset. Along with the other Meister products, we are growing a great internal knowledgebase. I like paying for good tools, but I'd love to be able to share these notes as read-only to the public, or to invite collaborators outside our organization. I'm our internal champion for MeisterNote and the rest of the team have grown to love these tools as well.

Pros:

What I like most about MeisterNote is having a dedicated place for notes that serves as a living knowledgebase and avoids the chatter and noise of chat and email.

Cons:

Not being able to publish externally is the Achillies-heel of MeisterNote. We can only use it as an internal knowledgebase. I'd love to be able to publish a single note read-only to our customers and collaborators.

Reasons for choosing MeisterTask

MeisterNote vs Notion was a tough call. We still use Notion to publish notes to the web, because that feature is missing from MeisterNote. Few of our team are all-in with Microsoft products, so OneNote was not an option. Integration with MeisterTask was a big selling point.

Reasons for switching to MeisterTask

Google docs is OK, but too general purpose and we end up hiding information from ourselves.

Cons:

Creating custom reports is not possible. Prepared reports are sometimes not so usefull.

If you are looking for a simple and note-taking app, you can try MeisterNote. It is free and comes with a neat and clean user interface.

Pros:

One of the main reasons why we use MeisterNote is its ease of use and simplicity. It doesn't contain a lot of features like Evernote or Notion but it does what a collaboration note-taking app needs.

Cons:

Currently, there is no option to organize notes through tagging and also there is no option to import notes from other note-taking apps. I think in future they will add this option and I'm sure it will improve their overall score.

Reasons for switching to MeisterTask

Compared to Evernote, we can save unlimited notes and databases to Meisternote. Moreover, we really like the MeisterNote interface and its simplicity.

In conclusion, the finest project management tool

It's the finest app for managing tasks I've used so far. It's a professional-grade kanban app that doesn't skimp on ease of use. I keep track of time and tasks for both my personal life and my business life using this app.

Pros:

MeisterTask is an Andriod app that I use for both personal and professional purposes. I've been using it on a personal level to keep track of my own tasks and reminders. In my current project, we are utilizing it to assign work at the team level, make notes, and schedule reminders for when certain activities need to be finished. These are just a few examples of how we put it to use on a regular basis; other applications include project management, time tracking, and a host of others.

Cons:

Features for individual users of the free version can be expanded. Perhaps it's an Android device flaw, but notifications don't always appear when they should.

Reasons for switching to MeisterTask

We can take use of features sufficient for personal usage even with the most fundamental plan. So yet, I can think of no context in which its use would be inappropriate. While these are more commonplace use, we also use it for monitoring time and organizing projects.

An ideal collaborator for managing projects

This is the appropriate solution for you if you require a comprehensive overview of your projects, tasks, and the implementation of cooperation among numerous users. It has a strong impact despite its seeming simplicity. The product has served me well for almost three years, and I have no reservations in recommending it. Although I am a web developer and the owner of a marketing business, this is the tool I find most useful.

I appreciate how accessible it is regardless of the device being used. Meistertask has made it very easy for me to keep track of the many tasks I'm working on at once. I use Kanban to monitor the status of each job within a project, log hours worked on each task, and compile time-based reports for clients.

Cons:

Very few drawbacks may be found. Perhaps the cost of the Timeline (the new Gannt chart similar) function. Please add more functionality to the free tear. It's OK to pay, but you can't always demand your coworkers chip in. As an additional feature, I'd want to see support for integrating with external services. Having it available would be really convenient.

Reasons for switching to MeisterTask

Mainly, I employ it for managing projects. It's invaluable to me as a web developer for keeping track of assignments and deadlines. Keeping track of my own time is an additional benefit of using a time tracking system. We want to utilize it to distribute tasks to my coworkers in the future. When I'm working on a large project, like creating an online store, I use Kanban to keep track of all of the many steps and activities involved. In order to keep my internal processes as organized as possible, I employ checklists.

It's great for task/project management and I like using it

I enjoy almost everything about this program. It does what it's supposed to and does it well.. It's a pleasure to use and does exactly what I need it to do: keep track of tasks and projects. For agile management, it's a very useful Kanban-style tool MeisterTask's interaction with MindMeister is one of my favorite features.

This software is fantastic. It's much easier to communicate with the entire team at the same time this way. As a way to keep everyone working together at all times, we use this method. It's convenient for us because we're often on the go, so we use it on our tablets.

Cons:

There's nothing else I'd want to add at this time. It's nice, however I'm not sure if the fee is preventing me from becoming pro. I'm not a fan of the subscription licensing model in general. In my opinion, I prefer to get a product license, and then pay for an update if necessary.

Reasons for switching to MeisterTask

I found it to be an excellent tool for managing my personal and financial affairs, as well as other routine tasks. Web accounts provide excellent synchronization across a wide range of platforms. The One Callender application can be integrated with the program through the WebCal utility.

I can sort of all pending and completed tasks

With MeisterTask, we can manage and work on several projects at the same time, even if we are in separate places. Using this software has the added advantage of being simple, affordable, and widely accessible, all thanks to its cross-platform interoperability.

With MeisterTask, customers may take use of this project management solution in a matter of minutes thanks to its simple and intuitive design. Managing many projects and sub-tasks at the same time is also a breeze. Good for teams/collaboration and excellent mobile applications. Kanban task management method. Exactly one year ago, I was searching for an alternative to Trello.

Cons:

MeisterTask does not include a workflow calendar, which would provide for a more full picture of the productivity of a project.

Reasons for switching to MeisterTask

Sections of completed tasks, pending, scheduled and delayed can all be reordered. I also enjoy that MeisterTask has a component for cooperation, which helps me and my coworkers to finish jobs more quickly and with each other's assistance.

An easy-to-use project management tool

Notifications, timely project management, and a colorful UI make this the ideal tool for project management. Task assignment attributes and deadlines are also extremely impressive. Not exceeding deadlines since they offer reminders aids in remembering all the actions that are critical for a certain project's progress.

It has several wonderful features that make me more productive

MeisterTask is excellent; it offers a plethora of useful features that will boost your productivity on your various assignments. The program is used by my entire team for both everyday tasks and project management. It's simple, quick, and available on all of our gadgets. It's something we use every day.

I like how clean and uncluttered it is, as well as how simple it is to navigate around the various parts. The lack of clarity in many of the project management tools was the most aggravating aspect for me. The number of symbols and sentences is almost usually out of control. My clients were able to comprehend Meistertask since it is bright, straightforward, and easy for them to use.

Cons:

It is possible to add tasks by clicking the addition (+) sign in between tasks on mobile devices, however it is not possible to do so on a PC. It should be geared for individuals who work independently, and a pricing range should be established for those who aren't receiving assistance from their employer.

MeisterNote comes as a great addition to the gratifying tools of Meister. Alongside with MeisterTask and MindMeister these are all the tools needed to assure quality with a nice workflow. MeisterNote is handy and helpful to be able not just to take structured notes in a meeting, but also to be able to organize them in an intelligent way easily, and be able to have them look nice enough for a presentation with other team members quickly.

Cons:

I don't have any regrets at the moment..

I used Wrike before. it has nice features, but I like Meister apps much more because of their ease of use and integration that cover all my needs without any extra buzz.
