Crexendo Cloud Business Phone System is an integrated cloud-based business VoIP solution that offers users PBX applications with SIP trunking service. Key features include call monitoring, hunt groups, paging groups, dedicated phone numbers, auto attendant (IVR) and skills-based routing.

Crexendo provides Internet connections over cable, T1, fiber optic, MPLS, Metro Ethernet and DSL for businesses that require managed connections to SIP trunking and hosted PBX services. The solution also features four-digit extension dialing, call park, call pickup and local number porting.

Additionally, Crexendo offers users local and long distance calls at the price of a hosted PBX seat. It also offers IP phones and standard PBX features such as call recording and monitoring according to the pricing tier.

Services are offered on a per user per month basis that includes support via phone and email.
