Easy to set-up and to get started. Clear audio and display. Nice UI and a helpful support team to boot.
You need to manually download the recordings of meetings, so it's more beneficial for internal company meetings, rather than for training calls.

Overall, great for internal communication across our different offices!
-Ability to move from laptop to projecting on a monitor seamlessly (and vice versa) is great!
-Easy and intuitive to use
-Easy to create meetings on the fly by creating a unique URL
-Sometimes have audio issues (kick back, echoing, etc.)
-Playing videos from YouTube, etc. while also video conferencing has been difficult sometimes (lag time)
-Great for internal use, but have had issues at times with folks outside of the organization

If you have regular meetings with groups of 5 or more, Highfive might be worth the investment for you. If not, an easier, cheaper solution should be readily available.
Highfive is a great tool to make remote group meetings more efficient and less of a pain. I don't know of any other solution like it that makes two meeting rooms in different cities feel more like one big meeting room. It's not too difficult to join a meeting, once you learn the basics of it. It's got a lot of flexible features for screen sharing, muting, etc.
The initial setup for Highfive can feel tedious, and it can feel complicated when using it for the first time. It usually works well, but can crash inexplicably on occasion.
Video conferencing with other offices was made easy.
Video conferencing is made easy. It is easy to transition from camera to laptop. The microphone quality is great
The screen share functionality seems to be lacking. I tried to use the screen share and it immediately crashed my browser.
alonzo from Aerofit
My previous company got a free trial and I had the privilege to use this program during one of our daily meetings and the quality of the video was excellent.
For some reason during the meeting it was buffering allot and being slow but when we restarted it, the issue was fixed.

It's great connecting with remote employees to collaborate and even building rapport.
Very good user interface, well designed and fairly easy to setup (usually). Excellent video and audio quality, both are clear and crisp. Can be used on a desktop PC/Mac or conference room system. High quality equipment is provided by High Five.
Occasionally it is difficult to connect to a call and 2 or 3 attempts are needed, but the effort is worth it.
The cam to use on TV is a must and has good quality. The apps work as expected with lots of features such as share screen or move the meeting to the TV
Image and sound quality could be better when compared to solutions like skype. Add-ons could be cheaper

The best thing about Highfive is that it does not involve all the nonsense necessary from other similar apps. That is why it is my go-to.
Since the software is new, it is relatively hard to introduce it to new people and teams, but after they are introduced, they come to like it very quickly.

This software is new creative and social type. you can make conference video and no need to be
physical in the office or meeting it is so comfortable.
you cannot feel that it is meeting without meeting the people it only video. may look like chatting room it is different idea.
We managed to kept peers more closely when using this software.
It is an amazing tool to allow us to schedule meetings with our peers. It also has a great user experience when dealing with the screen share experience.
Sometimes the sound quality is not the best possible. We have more than one time identified this issue and after resetting and accessing again to the connection it gets better.
Ease of use and the amazing audio and video quality
-Video and Audio quality are industry leading
-Easy to set up
-The new recording feature is fanominal. One-button recording with an instant video link emailed.
-Square orientation for anyone not using the proprietary camera set up is frustrating as we have many on our team who work together and are forced to each have a laptop open instead of using one computer for the small group.
-It's inhibitive to invite have to download an app to allow somebody to join the call. Allowing in-browser viewing would be better.
-Cost. This is an expensive service and the hardware is not cheap either. It's very high quality but will cost an arm and a leg.
They provide a webcam that you can plug into your TV that turns the usage of the app totally different and better.
The quality of image and sound looks to be worse than some competitors, like slack, google hangouts or skype.

Not being restricted to the amount of licenses available and the ease of using highfive. Very good picture and sound quality
Seems to be a product best for small to medium sized enterprises. Nonetheless, not having a licensing restriction is awesome

Making video calls in the office. Great for meetings.
The user interface and user experience is fantastic. Very easy to use. The quality of the calls is fantastic and the possibility to screen share is fantastic
Sometimes the calls drops, but we just reconnect. Besides that i didn't found anything that i dislike.
We use HighFive on the phone, computer, and TV with the professional packages and devices for sound and video and the experience is very good in terms of setting up a meeting which is pretty simple. Also, the sound and cameras are very accurate and of an high quality.
The thing I like the least about this software is the fact that it should be more stable since we lost connection more times than we like.
- Installation is relatively straightforward. The hardware was immediately recognized and ready to work.
- Easy to interact with.
- The main issue I found with it is the lag that occurs when screen sharing, but honestly it is a common issue with these tools.
Get teams working in different countries closer.
Screen sharing and video functionalities easy to use. It's been really useful for teams working in different countries.
The software sometimes crashes without nothing apparently happening from our use. The way we share a meeting can also be improved.
We are using highfive to make video calls for meetings. Their camera is really good and works really great.
This software is very good to make video calls, the quality of the call is awesome. The UI of the applications is really good and easy to navigate .
Sometimes the calls have some glitches and we need to exist and enter again in the call. This is because of the internet.
Love the ease of use - this software makes it simple for me to interact face-to-face with team members at my company who work remotely. I also appreciate that all of this can be done without having to plug my computer into HDMI/VGA.
I wish more people could join video calls. My company has company-wide meetings every Friday, and in many cases, there are so people who can't join the call because of limitations on the number of participants.

Great for any team that works remotely!
We have staff that works remotely, and with Highfive it's like there are in the office. The video quality is fantastic, audio is great. At times it's like the monitor is just a window they sit behind. This makes the remote team truly a part of our staff.
We've tried to utilize this for remote meetings, and as a 1-time meeting solution it's not the easiest. There are things to download, hoops to jump through, etc. However, as a remote-work situation or when you will be utilizing it regularly it's well worth the investment!
Jed from Ames Free Library
Overall, I find HighFive a great software to use. Installation and meeting creation were easy and intuitive. Others are able to join your meeting by following a link they receive. In-meeting sharing and interaction via real time videos and screen sharing is easy and effective. The entire process was quite enjoyable and seamless. Being cloud based is a huge plus as well.

- Has a camera you can mount to the top of your conference room TV
- Screensharing is a must have and they do it very well
- It's easy to invite people to join your call
- Quality is fairly good a majority of the time
- Has a Mac app and Chrome extension that work well together
- Can easily share screen on a large TV in our conference room
- Sometimes quality can be lacking from a client's computer
- You have to have either the Mac app or Chrome extension installed in order for the program to work, so clients have to go through the process of downloading that, installing it, etc, just to start the meeting.
- There isn't a "call in" number like there is in GoToMeeting, which makes it difficult for people who don't have a mic on their computer to call in.
Binita from Oscar Health Corporation
Being able to have a conference call with a room full of people and being able to see everyone completely as if you were in the room.
It often freezes and the mic and video don't work. I always have to restart my computer to be able to open the application back up.
