Intermedia Hosted PBX is a cloud-based phone solution designed to meet the needs of small to midsize enterprises.

The hunt groups feature provides an automated attendant to route incoming calls and find me/follow me to forward desktop calls to mobile devices. A mobile app turns your smartphone into a PBX extension and allows you to control find me/follow me settings remotely.

Additionally, Intermedia Hosted PBX integrates with other office in the cloud solutions from Intermedia. Office in the Cloud is a suite of hosted applications for collaboration, content management, contact management and password management. Microsoft Outlook integration adds click-to-call functionality to Outlook contacts, and caller ID information can be sent directly to Salesforce.

Intermedia Hosted PBX is priced on a per user, per month basis.

Great Solutions that Grows as You Grow

I would choose this service provider again. They also offer great pricing on hardware which is an added benefit.

Pros

Robust, crisp (requires strong internet solution), easy to use, great value. It's easy to use and the customer support was very helpful setting up the system. Technical support is also easy to reach and great to work with to resolve any issues that may occur.

Cons

I don't have a lot to compare this to but the service I've received over the years keeps me with this Intermedia. It was easy to add lines, including an 800 number. The only con I have isn't related to Intermedia. However, the con is for VOiP vs a land line.
