ThinkingPhones is a cloud-based communications solution developed by Thinking Phone Networks that caters to businesses of all sizes and provides them PBX capabilities. The VoIP solution offers SIP trunking functionality to businesses.

ThinkingPhones offers multiple unified communications features. Users can engage in video conferencing from desktop and mobile devices. Presence information, corporate directories and communications apps can also be accessed from mobile devices. Usage data and presence information for end users feeds into the ThinkingPhones UC Analytics solution, which tracks metrics on employee productivity.

Contact centers can also deploy the ThinkingPhones solution for multiple modes of call routing, such as automatic call distribution (ACD) and call queuing. ThinkingPhones integrates with CRM solutions such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics. It also provides a library of routines, protocols and tools for building software applications (APIs) for businesses that need custom integrations.

Thinkingphones - most complete UCaaS solution out there

I have been searching for many years for the ideal cloud-based Unified Communications solution for the enterprise. When I came across Thinkingphones recently I was so impressed I immediately signed up as a reseller. Not only does it have all the features (including call-centre functionality), linking to CRM, social media integration, full HD video, analytics etc. it also has a very professionally run infrastructure for provisioning. This company has spent a lot of time getting this product ready for the enterprise - both large and small.

Pros

Complete package, professional, costs savings, good support and professional services

Cons

None that I have found yet. You do need a good network, however - but this is the case with every UC solution.

ThinkingPhone - Reliable and cutting edge in UCaaS

Pros

My phone and mobile app always work. I have been a customer for 2 years and have never had any performance issues. They also have a service call contactive that provides me with contextual information about callers. I believe it is unique in this industry and very useful. Additionally, their solution integrates well with SalesForce which makes for an efficient sales experience.

Cons

ThinkingPhones currently lacks a web conference solution but it is on their roadmap which should be available any day now. Once this is available, ThinkingPhones will be a complete UCaaS solution.

TPN is instrumental in achiveing call center efficiencies

Pros

TPN added tremendous value in the design of our call center to meet the needs of the business.
The product is very easy to administer and can be easily customized to meet the ever changing demands of the business.

Cons

The implementation was a bit choppy, but both organizations took the time to step back and re-assess what could be done differently.

Simple to use, 100% uptime, this product is very simple to use and has quite a few features

Cons

They have a very Long Procurement process so we are always waiting on new phones from them
