Construction Pro Manager is a cloud-based solution specializing in document management. It is suitable for small to midsize businesses across commercial and residential segments. Construction Pro Manager lets users organize, control and retrieve project documents. The system includes three main categories of construction document storage, as well as subcategories.

The first category is “administrative log files,” and it includes subcategories such as insurance/bond logs, procurement logs and permits logs, among others. The second category, “technical log files,” includes submittal/shop drawing logs, photo logs and training schedule logs. The third category is “field log files” and has accident report logs, daily timesheets and safety violation logs.

Construction Pro Manager also includes multiple construction forms, breakdowns and schedules. These forms are in a modifiable PDF format. Mobile apps are available for Android, iOS, BlackBerry OS and Windows phones.

Construction Pro in the plumbing industry

It has potential to work great for bigger corporations but still has much to work in its ease to use.

Pros

It has many features and complex features to synchronize a large amount of company data and efficiently receive information from it.

Cons

It is complicated to use for the novice and does not synchronize well with other programs. It has certain quirks, while minimal can get annoying and redundant (not being able to add certain alternatives in your system)

i like the concept and the idea of the system. it has several things that have great thoughts but not followed through

Cons

i do not like the functionality of some things and that it seems to repeat several things and that it seems like extra work
