PM Toolbox is a cloud-based and on-premise Sharepoint-based project management solution for small and midsize companies. Primary features include project planning, document tracking, bid management, expense monitoring, task management, timesheet tracking and reporting.

Other features include photo management, facility management, budget control, contract management, LEED tracking, exceptions and alerts. The project manager module view allows users to view project tasks, alerts, plan projects and follow up task assignments. Users can delegate tasks and subtasks and employees are notified of their tasks on their homepage.

The document management feature allows users to upload documents, create new documents from Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Users can edit and share documents with team members and external partners. Gantt chart provides real-time project tracking. Accounting and job costing module offer billing, materials and inventory tracking features.

It is compatible with Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. Support is offered via email and over the phone.
