QuickBooks Online has been a core component of our company's financial management and reporting for several years now. QuickBooks API easily allows it to integrate with our field management software for invoicing and estimate tracking. It is the best value per $ of any of the software packages that we use.

Cons:

Customer support can be lacking at times if there are features that are hidden behind charges for software upgrades. Support sometimes acts more like a sales team rather than support. Though, any bugs or issues that we have with QuickBooks Online have always been resolved, usually within 48 hours.

Its been ok. The cost goes up every year without any rhyme or reason. The software isn't getting better, but the price is getting worse.

I like the invoice aspect quite a bit. The actual input and output of the journal entries and transactions is pretty good. The reporting on the financial aspects is intuitive.

Cons:

Too many pop ups. I don't need financing. Please stop with the constant garbage on the screen. There are actually no easy way to customize and eliminate many items I don't use.

Some of the things that I like about QuickBooks online are the mileage tracker, enhance reporting, and vendor tracking

Cons:

The long load times, constant price increases and the square integration is the things I hate most about Quickbooks. Instead of improving the platform they chose to add unnecessary stuff which ultimately messed up my books.
