It helps estimators, subcontractors, material suppliers and bid coordinators to collaborate and control the preconstruction phase of projects. It allows users to manage the bid process, share files, subcontractor management, billing and project collaboration.

It provides risk reduction and aids in suppliers/subcontractors selection. Users can view and share information from a centralized location that is accessible via a browser. It offers integration with Sage Construction Project Center and Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate modules.

It caters to small, midsize and large building owners, general contractors, construction managers and real estate developers. Customer support is offered via email and over the phone.

When set up runs smoothly. All info and bid items are entered as templates and it allows us to use those.
