al in making the best decision. **Essentials plan** The Essentials plan is Gatekeeper's entry-level offering, providing a solid foundation for businesses looking to streamline their supplier and contract management processes. At a monthly cost of $1,245 (paid annually), this plan allows unlimited users, up to 150 suppliers, and up to 150 contracts. **Pros:** - **Scalable user access:** Accommodates growing teams with unlimited user licenses. - **Ample supplier and contract capacity:** Supports up to 150 active suppliers and contracts, suitable for small to midsize businesses. - **Comprehensive archiving:** Stores an unlimited number of inactive suppliers and contracts for future reference. **Cons:** - **Limited supplier and contract slots:** Up to 150 suppliers and contracts may not be sufficient for larger enterprises with extensive supplier networks. - **Annual billing cycle:** Requires upfront payment for the entire year, which may impact cash flow for some businesses. - **Lacks custom terms and SLA:** Standardized service terms may not meet the unique needs of certain organizations. **Pro plan** Designed for businesses with more extensive supplier management needs, the Pro plan offers expanded capacity and enhanced support. Priced at $2,995 per month (billed annually), this plan includes unlimited users, up to 500 suppliers, and up to 500 contracts. **Pros:** - **Increased supplier and contract limits:** Supports up to 500 active suppliers and contracts, catering to the needs of larger organizations. - **Biannual reviews:** Provides more frequent check-ins to ensure the solution continues to meet evolving business requirements. - **Unlimited eSign licenses:** Like Essentials, the Pro plan facilitates seamless digital signature workflows for all users. **Cons:** - **Higher monthly cost and annual commitment:** Requires a more significant financial investment (upfront payment) than the Essentials plan. - **No custom terms or SLA:** May not offer the flexibility needed by businesses with specific service-level requirements. - **Security limitations:** The plan lacks features like single sign-on and role-based access control. **Enterprise plan** The Enterprise plan is tailored for large-scale organizations with extensive supplier management requirements. At a monthly cost of $5,295 (paid annually), this plan supports unlimited users, up to 1,000 suppliers, and up to 1,000 contracts. **Pros:** - **Generous supplier and contract allowances:** Supports up to 1,000 active suppliers and contracts, meeting the needs of most large enterprises. - **Custom terms and SLA:** Offers the flexibility to tailor service agreements to the organization's unique requirements. - **Professional onboarding and biannual reviews:** Ensures a smooth implementation and ongoing alignment with business objectives. **Cons:** - **Substantial subscription fee:** Requires a significant upfront financial commitment, which may strain budgets for some businesses. - **Implementation fee:** As with the other plans, this plan requires a one-time implementation fee of 40% (or more) of the annual subscription fee. - **May exceed needs of smaller organizations:** The extensive features and capacity might be overkill for businesses with more modest requirements. **Enterprise Custom plan** Gatekeeper offers a fully bespoke Enterprise Custom plan for the largest customers with the most complex needs. This plan includes unlimited users and from 1,001 to unlimited suppliers and contracts, depending on the customer’s specific requirements. **Pros:** - **Fully customizable:** Tailors the solution to the business's precise needs, ensuring an optimal fit. - **Unlimited scale:** Supports an unrestricted number of users, suppliers, and contracts, accommodating even the largest enterprises. - **Personalized service:** Offers a dedicated account management team to ensure the solution continues to align with the organization's goals. **Cons:** - **Pricing not publicly disclosed:** Requires contacting Gatekeeper for a custom quote, which may be a lengthier process. - **Likely the most expensive option:** The bespoke nature of the plan suggests it will come at a premium price point. - **May require longer implementation:** Customizing the solution to the organization's exact specifications could involve a more extensive onboarding process. **Conclusion** After analyzing Gatekeeper's pricing structure, it's evident that it provides scalable solutions designed to accommodate businesses of various sizes and operational requirements. For smaller organizations or those just starting out, the Essentials plan is likely the most appropriate choice. While it comes with a higher price point than some competitors' entry-level plans, the unlimited users, eSign licenses, and professional onboarding make it a comprehensive solution for businesses with limited supplier and contract management needs. As businesses grow and their requirements expand, the Pro and Enterprise plans offer the necessary room for scaling. The increased number of suppliers and contracts and features like biannual reviews cater to the complex needs of medium to large enterprises. The Enterprise Custom plan takes this further, providing a fully bespoke solution for the largest customers with extensive supplier and contract management requirements. When selecting a plan, organizations should carefully consider factors such as the number of suppliers and contracts they manage, their team size, and the level of support and customization they require. By aligning these elements with the appropriate pricing tier, businesses can ensure they are getting the most value for their investment while also allowing room for future growth. Gatekeeper's team is available to guide customers in choosing the right plan and to discuss potential discounts for longer-term commitments or special circumstances.Compare Pricing

While Gatekeeper was largely effective, I did face some challenges with integrating it seamlessly into our existing systems. The API integration took longer than expected, and there was a learning curve when it came to some of the more advanced features.

The right flexible solution for a growing and innovated company
5
I've implemented multiple software solutions in the past, and Gatekeeper has been, without a doubt, the best team to work with throughout implementation and management. We've gone from having very little confidence in the accuracy and completeness of our contract records, to being the team and the solution that the company turns to when they want to know about a contract. Our company's rapid growth and the absence of a good contract management solution left us desperate for a better "way". Having a system that helped us file, organize, and track existing contracts was the most important first step. As we've continued to use the system and commit to the process, we are now able to be pro active with our contracts. Gatekeeper is the single source of truth. We couldn't have turned that ship around without Gatekeeper and the Gatekeeper team's help.

Reasons for choosing Gatekeeper
Practically speaking, we were drawn to the intuitive and clean user interface, as well as the customization and email/messaging options within workflows. The Gatekeeper team that we met with throughout our review of the product was friendly and helpful, but also honest with us about what the system could and couldn't do. This stood out to us and made us feel confident that we weren't be sold something different than what we would receive. We felt they would be helpful and patient with us as we not only implemented the software, but also created a contract management process. They have not disappointed us over the past few years we've been working with them, and they continue to be an extension of our team as we work to support our company.
Reasons for switching to Gatekeeper
We needed a contract management solution that was flexible and robust enough to track data alongside a document record. This is where so many vendor solutions with a contract component fell short. We also needed an intuitive and customizable process management solution for contract reviews that linked up easily with our existing email platforms. This was a functionality that very few contract management solutions provided, but Gatekeeper did. When our team observed that they could answer messages from Gatekeeper without having to log into Gatekeeper, they were sold.
