As sales activities increase, the Advanced plan at $39 per seat per month (billed annually) offers significant value through its enhanced email capabilities and automation tools. **For midsized businesses:** The Professional plan at $49 per seat per month (billed annually) represents the sweet spot for many growing sales organizations. Its combination of AI assistance, contract management, and revenue forecasting provides the tools needed to scale efficiently without overwhelming complexity. The included Smart Docs add-on ($32.50 per month) adds significant value for teams focused on streamlining their proposal and contract processes. **For large organizations:** The Power plan at $64 per seat per month (billed annually) or Enterprise plan at $99 per seat per month (billed annually) delivers the advanced security, permissions, and support that enterprise-level sales operations require. These plans are particularly valuable for organizations with complex sales processes, multiple teams, and stringent security requirements. The modular approach with add-ons allows for customization based on specific needs, though costs can accumulate quickly when multiple add-ons are required. Continuing to use Pipedrive - a great CRM for small businesses

I really like the tool, we use it well, and assign tasks to team members. It’s a good way to simply keep track of customer follow ups, BUT, in the free version the sync with mailchimp could be better. I suppose that’s why you pay for the upgrade version!
