AP Center is accounts payable software designed for small and midsize companies. It offers invoice approval, general ledger entry, vendor management and expense reports within a suite. It is available for deployment both in the cloud or on-premise.

AP Center integrates with users’ existing enterprise resource planning (ERP) and accounting software, allowing users to import data such as vendor master files, a chart of accounts and payment information.

AP Center features an invoice capture tool that automates the process of preparing invoices using scanning devices, email, EDI and e-invoices. Its workflow management functionality includes PO invoicing, expense reporting, purchase request management and wire processing.

AP Center also offers customized reports and dashboards to track and monitor key accounting metrics such as invoice aging, user productivity, total spending and accruals.

For a while I was manually paying my vendors which was very difficult and time consuming. So I started using AP Center (on my friend's recommendation). It comes handle with my day to day work. The ease of use is great and executable made simple to service. I am quite satisfied with the service. After initial set up, everything runs so smoothly. Payments are made easy and saves a lots of time. There is less room for error since everything is sorted based on Vendor ID number. Customer support staff are helpful and quick to response.

Quick Payment, UI is great, Functionality is in detail, Great customer support

Cons

Takes time to load on initial start up and nothing else

Advice to Others

It's worth it anyway. My only advice is to give it a try.
