Pros

I like it for it because it is user friendly, and one can get a good grip in a months. this software is best for trading concern. Finally that i like most is its reporting, one can creates own customize reports.

Cons

Although we can prepare assembly its and use it for manufacturing concern but but it is some how difficult and some time we cannot use it .

The best feature of QB Online is the cloud feature. Anywhere there is an internet connection, I can work.

Cons

It would be nice to see some team functionalities. Often times the CFO, CPA and Accountant are working in unison... we would like a way to draft and share some details. Currently we resort to emails to communicate activity in QBs.

I have found that Quickbooks is the best value for the money.

Pros

The program is common sense based so it is easy to train users who do not have a background in accounting/bookkeeping. The security features allow businesses to limit access to functions per employee which is similar to more expensive programs. Quickbooks offers excellent filtering options for reporting purposes.

Cons

Intuit downloads too many opportunities for employees to initiate updates on their own workstations resulting in varying versions. I have been unable to use Quickbooks for job costing and I believe the only remedy is to run payroll through the system to properly gather data. For companies who outsource payroll, job costing requires the use of excel spreadsheets using Quickbooks reports.

Pros

The whole team can use it from different locations. The notifications via email to team members when a new invoice is input into the system keeps everybody on the same page

Cons

The bad thing that we have noticed is when utilizing Intuit payment processing, that the notifications only goes to one email. There are times when we have 5 employees inputting invoices for their customers, and they are not sure when a deposit for work is submitted, unless someone in our business is forwarding that payment notification to everybody else.

It is easy to use and easy to draw reports, the customer care centre is helpful and very accomodating.

I really enjoy the app I think that it is great for those with a start up or smaller business because there is a lot of good resources however it is a little pricy.

I enjoy the ease and options available for each separate entity that factors into the finances of the company

I love using the Intuit Quickbooks software for book keeping my mom's small business. Always easy to use, and easy to find answers if there is anything I am looking for.

Pros

How easy it is to enter information in and easy to find what you are looking for within the software.

Cons

Paying extra for certain tax forms, updating almost every start up (although I can see why necessary) but nothing that I would stop using the product over.
