123Signup’s Association Manager platform is built to serve the needs of small associations, trade organizations, clubs and other member-based organizations.

This solution provides membership and event management tools to automate enrollment, renewals and dues collection, online event registration and payment processing; it also allows users to track donations, educational credits, surveys and more. Additionally, this software includes directory management and communications tools to facilitate member engagement.

123Signup also provides tools to track fund activities and sponsorships. With basic customer relationship management functionality, association managers can categorize sponsors by type of event, track interactions with potential sponsors and search lists to identify new sponsorship opportunities.

Finally, this software can be customized and integrated with an association’s website to match the organization’s brand and provide members self-service functions to keep their profiles up-to-date.

It looks simple - but it's a work horse and does a lot!

Instant response - if I need something changed or updated, it's generally done within a day or two at the most. If I need some special report, likewise a simple explanation of what I am looking for and I have it. The support team is the best I've ever dealt with. And if you have any questions, an email generally solves it within an hour or two.

Likes Least

I would describe myself as a "power" user. The system is built for the general user with easy to understand screens, reports, etc. While I get everything I really need, there is sometimes more screens to accomplish a task than I think necessary.

Recommendations

This is a member management system. You need to look at all of the tasks managed by the system that you might need, from credit card processing, to member management, online directory, financial reports, etc. I have reviewed other systems and while they might do some of the things just as well, I have yet to find a more comprehensive package.
