it offers as a comprehensive ERP solution. It has helped us streamline and centralize our pharmacy backend finance operations, improving accuracy, visibility, and control over financial processes

Cons:

The main challenge with NetSuite is that the initial implementation and configuration can be complex and time-consuming, especially for first-time users. Additionally, data posting and API integration from the Oracle side can be demanding, requiring careful queue management on the ERP side. In our case, integrating an external ERP with NetSuite required extra configuration and monitoring to ensure smooth data flow.

Reasons for choosing NetSuite

We are still in the pre–go-live stage, and our evaluation included alternatives such as Odoo,and ZOHO which is more cost-effective and suitable for smaller implementations. However, we chose NetSuite based on its scalability, robustness, and strong financial controls, which align better with our long-term business and compliance requirements.

Has a lot of flexibility. There are an enormous number of features and possibilities. It is well established so you know you can rely on core GL.

Cons:

There is so much you can do that it is difficult to learn everything. The documentation is terrible and most functionality is additional models they upsell.

NetSuite has been a real game-changer for me. We’ve been able to work the system to fit our exact workflows rather than the other way around. It has. Real-time dashboards, inventory, and finance in one spot. NetSuite has manual reporting. This has reduced the company's time spent significantly. I would highly recommend this software

Cons:

NetSuite does have a pretty steep learning curve. Companies may need to assign an admin to help unlock all of its features.
