inMotion is a cloud-based work management system designed to automate workflows for creative and marketing teams in different industries. The solution provides creative brief management, project management, online proofing and reporting. Key features include an online portal to manage requests for new content, personalized “workspaces” and shared project dashboards, task and time tracking and a review and approval process with version control and mark-up tools for documents, graphics, and web pages. The system is designed to enable collaboration between team members.

inMotion automates review and approval process with custom notifications. The software provides accountability to users with feedback and sign-off audit trails from clients. Online forms are provided to clients and colleagues to request for new work. The software informs every stakeholder about project completion through automated notifications.

inMotion provides reporting and analysis tools to users with pre-defined templates to prepare regular and ad-hoc reports. Users can customize their own report template as per the needs of projects and clients. The application has a time tracking tool to track the number of hours spent on a task. inMotion is available for a limited period free trial.

The implementation of the software was quick, painless and came with very straight forward training sessions that had our team up and running quicker than I expected. From sales to training and support, everyone was very responsive and helpful. I've used several other platforms and this is by far the most intuitive/easy to figure out -- and easiest to get others trained on and using.

Likes Least

Ability to copy/edit and save a new project request would be a welcome addition.

Recommendations

Involve as many people as possible from your team on the web training sessions offered during implementation -- it really helps with adoption internally when they get to see how easy it is to use.
