AgileZen is a cloud-based project management solution that provides users a visual dashboard for projects.
The AgileZen project management system is based on the lean concept of Kanban, which consists of a number of columns representing stages that a project needs to pass through in order to be completed.
The solution enables users to tag each task with a respective color and helps enhance coordination and communication by sharing automated notifications whenever a task is moved to the project. The system also enables users to attach documents, such as screenshots and images, to each task.
AgileZen measures the performance metrics of a project, such as cycle time and lead time, which enables users to evaluate the efficiency of resources. The system's “Work in Progress Limit” features allows users to set a maximum number of tasks to "work in progress" status.
Fairly cheap, and does do a lot of basic functionality that any team just starting the agile process may need to understand. Does have good visibility from top to bottom
It is the opposite of feature-rich. Most teams running enterprise agile on a large scale will likely struggle with its' massive lack of features many people come to expect from these tools.

It is very easy to use and customization makes it very powerful. I have submitted more than one "idea" to the developers that has been implemented, i.e. they are very eager to continuously make the product better. It was extremely easy to integrate into our github installation and our Continuous Integration environment.
