Yo!Kart is a Web-based, multi-vendor e-commerce software product. Users create a marketplace, similar to Etsy or eBay, where multiple vendors can open Web stores. This solution targets startups with up to 100 employees.
Yo!Kart marketplaces can support an unlimited numbers of vendors and products, but it works best for marketplaces with up to 100,000 vendors and products. In the marketplace, vendors can upload videos of their products, and there is no limit on the number of products vendors can offer in their store.
Yo!Kart provides an internal messaging system for users to connect with their customers. The service automatically includes links so customers can share users’ pages on social media. Users can check their inventory, order products and view sales records from their Yo!Kart profile.
Shipping and delivery options are customizable, and SSL certificates can be added to users’ shopping carts. Yo!Kart also features a keyword search function that allows customers to filter results by brand, category or price. Customers can also search for specific stores.
Yo!Kart is licensed per user in perpetuity. Live chat support is available for users.

Better spend your money Opensource software like Magento, you'll get lots of resources outside. With youkart you'll be stuck up with Non-negotiable product customisation prices.
It is simple to use in certain areas. One can start their e-commerce marketplace quickly. Whatever features they have, they are bug free. However, I am yet to see any successful business build using YoKart.
1. The flexibility & basic functions are missing. One needs to go for customization even for simple requests like adding a Phone Number Field in the login form can cost you.
2. The company does not have any product upgrade strategy. You are stuck up with whatever version you have. There is no upgrade available; you are not protected. The new version has to be purchased at full cost.
3. They will not give you any help on the code. Indeed everything that needs help is payable.
