AvidRetail is a cloud-based point-of-sale solution that also combines employee management, inventory control and a free loyalty and pre-paid mobile app. The nature of the system makes them suitable for cafes, juice bars, burger stands, and other quick-service restaurants.
AvidRetail's user interface automatically identifies customers using a smartphone by name. Other customers can be linked to their phone number. Manager approval secures special operations for discounts, overrides, and gift cards. Additional features include emailed receipts and customer profiles with past order history.
AvidRetail's dashboard provides access to real-time information from anywhere. Sales reports can be broken down by product and payment type, giving analytics over what is selling. AvidRetail's loyalty program increases the recurring customers. Retailers can customize reward programs by event and requirements. Points are all automatically synced between AvidRegister and the app that allows customers to carry a prepaid balance.
