Good product with lots of functionality

Pros

The templates for a variety of correspondence situations are helpful for newbies. They provide some of the needed structure for building an ongoing dialogue with customers.

Cons

I new CRM user like myself could use some more hand holding to get started. I struggle with list management and plan formulation

i own a restaraunt and bar and I'm very happy with the product, and the customer service I have received. My vendor has been very helpful, and I am very pleased with him. I don't remember what company I used before, but I'm glad I changed. The implementation was easy, and didn't take long at all. Overall I have benefited from the product.

One Stop Technology, has been one of my best experiences in the restaurant business. Everyone know this business is hard to sustain, but with the support and software they provide eliminates a huge part of the hassle. I have been able to call on their customer support day and night, and always speak to a real person to help handle any issue i have. We run a sports bar that transforms into a club at night and our staff was able to pick up the system quickly with a easy user interface, and simple operations. The back end reporting has help us to increase sales 20% and reduce shrink buy 10%. It does not take a rocket scientist to understand that adds more profit to the bottom line. Over the last year the guys at One Stop Technology have not only been professional, but they have become our friends. I would highly recommend the products they offer to any restaurant owner of any size or scale. We handle 3,500 to 4,500 customers a week we could not do as well with out One Stop Technology.

Restaurant manager is the only system I have ever used, and it will be the last. I have been working with One Stop technolgoly for four years. Throughout that time, I've had a wonderful experience. The support that the reps give is great. The system is very user friendly and easy to learn and navigate through. The system is easy to get all reports that you need to run your business succesfully. I have two restaurants and use One stop pos for both locations.
