utouchPOS offers retailers in a wide variety of industries powerful, customizable hardware and software combinations to meet their unique requirements. The system can be fully configured to support retail types that include restaurants (both quick service and full service), salons, grocery stores, convenience stores, and many more.
In addition to offering robust Point of Sale software, utouchPOS is a one stop shop for additional hardware, and can provide retailers with everything from barcode scanners to cash drawers, credit card readers, receipt printers, weigh scales, and more.
utouchPOS is a great option for single store retailers, and we really like that they stock and sell a variety of name brands and hardware options, which truly allows users to design a system to meet their needs. Buyers interested in a touchscreen system can choose from several options and top name brands, and buyers looking to turn their PC into a full-fledged POS system can find a handful of design and hardware options as well.
We also like that utouchPOS supports unique food-service operations, including food delivery or take-out shops, juice bars, drive-throughs, delis, coffee shops, food markets, and more. Any configuration you need can be built from the ground up, and the software includes the specialized features needed to support your customers.
We recommend utouchPOS to any small retailer seeking customizable hardware and software bundles to run their business.

The price was fair when I purchased, like four years ago. But now it's super expensive.
Very poor customization features. If I want to change my phone number on the receipts I need to call them, if I want to change my computer for a newer one I need to call! And they take for ever to help . Price is now ridiculous high! I can get a software 10 times better for the same price but it's super hard to export company info. This software is design to kidnap your business! First time buyer keep out of this.
There are many other software out there. This company is a ripoff for you budget. The hardware they sell with the software is 3 times more expensive than buying it at ebay and its quality is very poor.

What I like best is that the product works well, with good system support.
What I like least is that sometimes there are glitches that take awhile to get resolved.
I would recommend asking colleagues in the same field whether they use and like the POS system.
