Easy to use and organizes contacts.
Pros
Ease of database and linking contacts. Helps organize all information and link between contacts businesses and properties.
Cons
Sometimes support is a little slow to get back to you, however issues are always resolved and they are helpful.

Great if your whole team commits to using it
Pros
There are so many functions, this software seemingly can do everything. This has been helpful to organize our clients and track communication.
Cons
The interface is a bit "clunky" in that there is a lot going on. Also, if your team doesn't fully commit, its hard to see the full results of your efforts.
