Easy to use

Pros

Helps to streamline business contacts and property management. Great for customer relationship management and back-office operations.

Cons

Sometimes customer support is slow to respond, however, this is only an issue for pressing instances. Otherwise the team seems to be available and ready to help out

Apto is great to use

Easy to use and organizes contacts.

Pros

Ease of database and linking contacts. Helps organize all information and link between contacts businesses and properties.

Cons

Sometimes support is a little slow to get back to you, however issues are always resolved and they are helpful.

Great if your whole team commits to using it

Pros

There are so many functions, this software seemingly can do everything. This has been helpful to organize our clients and track communication.

Cons

The interface is a bit "clunky" in that there is a lot going on. Also, if your team doesn't fully commit, its hard to see the full results of your efforts.

It does the job, but the dashboard can use some work

I personally dread having to go into Apto. While I've had training, I still don't completely get the flow of things. It's not the most user friendly and there need to be more tutorials, built into the platform.

Pros

It's ability to allow our large organization to have a database to store our contacts and share if we'd like.

Cons

The system is a bit complicated and doesn't make most people feel at ease when using it. I've heard complaints that it's not the best for commercial real estate brokers.
