ProsperWorks is a cloud-based customer relationship management tool that gives users complete views of their customers. The program is applicable to any industry, including advertising, distribution and real estate.

The ProsperWorks solution includes email integration, opportunity management and lead tracking among its features. Customer data is saved automatically, and the system independently searches online to find relevant data. Every file that is sent via email is immediately stored in a contact’s portfolio, and the system profiles each interaction so users know how recently they have contacted each customer.

Past and future calendar events, such as meetings and calls, are logged within the program, and the software also suggests possible contacts to make based on previous correspondence. Through the program’s email integration, tasks are visible in Gmail, and the opportunity management feature allows users to visualize and manage their sales pipelines with drag-and-drop functionality.

    Problems syncing data and recovering deleted info

    The application is easy to use, flexible and multi businesses can use the same database.

    Pros

    The software is easy to operate and has a good interface. It is also efficient for businesses that use Gmail exclusively

    Cons

    The software does not come with training videos. It erases information (addresses and phone numbers) from out of fields. Syncing contacts from google accounts interferes with manually input contacts. Accidentally deleted records cannot be recovered. Valuable information in the software such as relevant KPI data used in sales related reports. Customer support is dismal. Support uses Zendesk which uses tickets and consumes a lot of time.

    I love it! We have been able to convert and retain 60% more business with it!

    Pros

    Prosperworks is incredibly intuitive and data driven. The ability to create reports from any information, create custom filters, accommodate teams, and track data in a scalable way is amazing!

    Cons

    The on-boarding can be cumbersome and going back and forth between leads and people can be a little tedious

    I use ProsperWorks to organize my job hunt. Between reaching out to contacts, applying to jobs, and keeping track of opportunities, there's a lot of data to manage. ProsperWorks is both simple and robust enough to meet my needs.

    Pros

    Very friendly user interface. Integrates well with Gmail.

    Cons

    The fields for an opportunity are somewhat limited. A more complete list of companies in ProsperWork's database would be helpful.

    So far, after using PW for nearly 6 months now, overall, we are very happy with it as a team. It has been much easier to use than SFIQ and waaaay more affordable.

    Pros

    Very streamlined. No extra "features" that muddy the waters. Fast, responsive. Great customer service.

    Cons

    As a marketer, ProsperWorks has limited functionality when it comes to tying in the customer records with marketing campaigns, etc. I've used some integrations through Zapier to bolt some things on but to me, this introduces bloat and would love it if there were more tools natively integrated into the app. Reporting is basically useless to me and I have to manually build reports in Google Sheets and Data Studio.

    Love the autosave feature, very customizable, and friendly support team. They value feedback and listen to their customers.

    It does seem a bit bare bones. There is also a simple functionality feature that I would like updated but they are currently not able to to so.

    Mostly organisation issues. We were running with Trello and prosperwork help us to organise our team and our priority. It help us to have a best overview of our activity

    It's been a big upgrade for us and is a lot easier to use than Salesforce.

    Pros

    The google integration is clearly the best feature. I love being able to add task from my email and assign emails to opportunities / people.

    Cons

    The email integration and side bar can be a bit finicky. Not sure why but it just disappears at times. Also really need the reporting to get easier / more robust.

    I definitely enjoyed using this platform and would recommend for someone that isn't necessarily tech-savvy.

    Pros

    I enjoyed the fact that it is very user-friendly and easy to navigate through.

    Cons

    I did not enjoy the limits of inputting information in different pages, it would be nice to have everything in one page or at least the option to open multiple tabs within one page to navigate easily.

    Very smart CRM integrated with our Gsuite

    Pros

    The integration of CRM and Collaboration Suite is very powerful. I've never used a smarter software like prosperworks. It's easy to log the activities in a opportunity, many of this are collected automaticly.

    I work in a service company that offers hardware and software solutions with hundreds of clients in LATAM. Prosperwork is a fundamental support for the management of our company, it allows us to follow up on the objectives set, measure deviations, marketing actions and contact with our customers.

    Pros

    Prosperwork is a CRM, which works in the cloud, which allows improving the sales management of any company. Among the most brilliant features is the complete merger with the Google Suite, but that articulation does not stop there, it also has the option of integrating with other web tools such as MailChimp, on cloud solution for handling email marketing campaigns, which makes an essential support tool for the work of our marketing department. It also offers synchronization with Dropbox, which makes it easy to transfer information through the tool. Due to being a solution on cloud, you can follow up, in real time, the work of the sales department. Contributing to the making of early decisions, avoiding the deviation from the goal proposed by our board.

    Cons

    We are very satisfied with the solution presented by this software, to the point of not having found ourselves before anything we want to do and can not do it in the tool. Although it is intuitive, it can be a bit confusing to use in the first few changes. Then, everything flows with a lot of precision and speed. The main reason for this situation is the large number of options and configurations that can be made in Prosperwork.

    Has a standardized graphical user interface. Has superb marketing feature. It is simple to install the setup and doesn't require much training on its usage. Helps you track leads and automatically sending them notifications, thereby increasing the sales. It is cloud-based and is integrated with Google applications making it easy to track all the interactions with your clients, Mailchimp, linked in. You can create and notes for each lead. It has a feature, wherein you can check if a prospect has opened your mail or not. The customer service and support team are very responsive. Each of the client’s profile comprises relevant information in addition to the previous conversation threads. Pipeline reporting helps large businesses. You can prioritize and plan all your events and meetings and set up task reminders. As it is integrated with Google products, manual data entry is avoided and it has helped in saving time and minimizing errors.

    Cons

    One of the main drawbacks of this CRM is that it lacks call integrations. The reporting feature needs upgradation.

    Incredibly easy deployment and a so far flawless CRM solution.

    Pros

    The native integration into G Suite put ProsperWorks miles ahead of the rest of the CRM crowd. Deployment was incredibly easy and has all of the industry standard CRM options.

    Cons

    The lack of a proper admin/management dashboard. As we've grown we've transitioned users to/from roles and changing licenses or managing billing is not as fluid as it should be for a cloud based service. It's could use a refresh with role based access in mind.

    Simple to use, easy to add companies and individuals, allows specific filters. I appreciate being able to have individuals photos.

    Cons

    There's no way to move an individual from one company to another company without losing all the history. In today's world, where individuals progress through multiple companies during a career life, this causes duplicate individuals and significantly more work when needing to record a long-standing relationship.
