Value for Money
InSync's customer service team is always very responsive and able to answer questions or direct us to the right person. The sales team is always available to speak with myself and or a new provider joining InSync regarding any questions or concerns.
We find ourselves working with a particular support representative that knows our business very well. He is able to handle our problems promptly and efficiently.
Our providers have needed to work with Insync pertaining to the scheduler and EMR and they have had a good experience.
While there are many positive features one of the problem areas lately has been the system going down which not only effects our billing capabilities but our providers access to schedulers and EMR. One other problem is that InSync does not support all specialties at this time.
