Logik is a cloud-based healthcare billing platform that helps medical professionals streamline administrative operations related to records management, reporting and more. Medik Recommendation

I believe strongly in using analytics to inform our business decisions and allocation or resources. Medik has provided a pathway towards extracting and reporting on various metrics.

Pros

multiple applications in behavioral health setting / customizable reporting / excellent and responsive customer services

Cons

It took a little bit of time to get the application set up, but I really have no significant Con's.

Daily reports

Pros

I use Medik daily for report writing. The data is always reliable and I have rarely had system issues. If a system issue comes up it is always fixed quickly.

Cons

Most of the other systems I have used are "prettier". However the prettier systems break often or are less reliable. The pretty ribbon tied up in a bow don't impress me much.

Medik is a great product

Pros

I like the ease of use; search and documentation functions are intuitive and there are multiple methods of getting to the functions that are needed at any given time which saves a great deal of time. I post payments and do follow-up on accounts and I have never worked with an easier system to navigate.

Cons

I really don't know what to say; I have nothing intelligent to say.

Pros

User friendly and ease of applications Reports are great.

Cons

I think mapping to a GL is hard but that also is due to whatever accounting system the facility utilizes.

Cons

Some of the programming could be more user friendly. Too many clicks to get where you need to be.
