Automational offers a social discovery application that can pinpoint a contact’s social identity using just an email address. With the web intelligence feature a user can track when a person visits a site and can tell which organization they are browsing from. The software integrates with Gmail and Outlook, or Office 365, and offers mobile apps so it can be accessed from mobile devices.

It is pretty simple to navigate around with the features it has.
Automations are a bit confusing. I have also had a little hard time with form automations.
I think it would be smart to figure out a way to determining valid or invalid email address and not have that count against the numbers.

It's was easy to get up to speed on the system features, loading the contacts, tracking task, opportunities and more. We love the social media features at the organization and contact levels and the ability to customize communications via the broadcast templates. One feature that we wanted to make sure worked efficiently was the ability to connect with Microsoft outlook and it works beautifully via the plug-in. Your customer service team has been wonderful.

The ease of using the system. The client service is quick to respond and I usually get the same person each time I request help so they know my history with the product. I don't have to repeat my history each time. That is very nice.
Not having the time to experience using what the entire system offers. I learn a bit more everyday when I am inthe system.
