Acrendo is an affordable, intuitive system for smaller practices. The system includes applications for electronic health records (EHR) and practice management. It offers scheduling capabilities that will support efficient front desk operations. A.I.med is best suited for smaller practices with up to 10 providers or 25 total users. It can support a range of specialties.
Acrendo has developed A.I.med to meet the needs and preferences of a range of providers in different environments. For example, the system supports remote use for providers doing rounds, visiting nursing homes or working from multiple offices. The system can also operate on tablets, work with speech recognition technologies or operate via wireless networks.
Acrendo differentiates itself through personal connections to the practices it serves. It understands that many smaller practices need additional handholding throughout the process of implementing new software, and the company has delivered on those needs. Support is available through an 800 line that is answered by a human, rather than sending callers through an automated queue or making customers request a callback.

I love this product its easy to use, saves time and allows our Dr's to see more patients. I have never had issues that required a call to tech support
Nothing I can think of that I do not like about this product. It has been easy to use and understand. Thank you Acrendo!
I recommend this product to any one in the medical field. It is incredible! I have found this to be easy to understand and use. I have had more time to get every thing done that I do!

Support is great. Updates are automatic and monthly. They're very responsive to suggestions to improve the program.
Training is good, but it does not cover everything. Acrendo has direct access to my server to do the updates. Family history is designed on "disease state" rather than the relative and not always easy to read for notes going to a consultant or referring physician.
Make sure you know how much all the components cost -- such as patient portal, secure fax, clearinghouse fees, annual support.
Ellen from Ankle and Foot Physicians and Surgeons
Complete package in-house system. Totally customizable.
It has a lot. Some practices don't want everything and wish to have only nuts and bolts. Some of the options are not geared to all specialities, but customization fixes that.
Evaluate cloud vs server options. Decide if you want one-time setup or constant updates. Do you want just an EMR or an EMR with Scheduling, Billing, AR, etc.

User friendly, great support team, great price!
Nothing wrong with the system. Maybe the difficult part is to train the doctors to transition from medical charts to electronic medical records but once they start using it, they are happy with it.
No matter your specialty or the size of your practice, this software can accommodate your needs.
It is very affordable compared to other systems in the market.
Bassem from Allergy and Immunology Center
Specialty: Allergy & immunology
Very good support and can easily be customized to your liking and practice. All documents will look like a Word document rather than a computer generated template.
Just like with any EMR, we physicians have to adapt to a new system we are not comfortable with. However, this is better than most because of the flexibility of the software. The practice management portion is excellent.
You should speak to physicians using the software you are interested in to make a decision on your EMR.
