Navicure ClaimFlow Software


 

Navicure ClaimFlow is specially developed for claims management, including billing and payments processes. The software caters to health care organizations of all sizes, and can only be deployed as a Web-based solution.

In addition to claims management, key features include remittance, appeals and denials. The system also provides verification of eligibility, along with diagnosis and procedure coding.

Navicure ClaimFlow caters to all specialities, including cardiology, nephrology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, orthopedics, radiology and urology.

All of Navicure solutions are supported by the Navicure 3-Ring® Policy. Navicure guarantees their client’s customer service calls will be answered within three rings by an experienced Client Services team member.

In 2014, Navicure appeared on Healthcare Informatics’ HCI 100 listing for the sixth consecutive year. Navicure also received the Gold Award in the 2013 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service in the Customer Service Department of the Year competition for the health care, pharmaceuticals and related industries.

When I was using Navicure, I would find that the denials would be in multiple places for me to correct instead of just one. Also, the claims I had in there, I asked Office Ally and they had the same patient that I had submitted to Navicure. It seems like Navicure charged is a month to send them to Office Ally a monthly at the most, got the denials, and scattered them around in their system to create multiple work. I switched to Office Ally and love it and their customer service.
