I did not like the set up that Navinet has. We constantly had issues with logging in.
I really could not give you any pros on this product we had so much trouble.
Are logins would hardly ever work. Getting someone to fix the issues was horrible. We would get locked out of account. We also could not get a lot of our remittance electronically through them.

When I was using Navicure, I would find that the denials would be in multiple places for me to correct instead of just one. Also, the claims I had in there, I asked Office Ally and they had the same patient that I had submitted to Navicure. It seems like Navicure charged is a month to send them to Office Ally a monthly at the most, got the denials, and scattered them around in their system to create multiple work. I switched to Office Ally and love it and their customer service.

It simplifies the way I do billing. It integrates with my electronic record software and makes the process easy.
The implementation process was not as easy as expected. I have been about a year using this software and still don't find the platform that friendly (for a non-experience billing person like me). Whenever I have an issue I rather talk to a rep than go to the Nanicure website and try to understand what was the issue with the claims. If it makes any sense, Navicure simplifies the way I do my billing and collect but if there is any problems with claims I don't feel is an easy to understand platform.

Navicure's clearing house product leaves a lot to be desired. While not a terrible product, there are some definite flaws. Their reporting is clunky, and can only become more "robust" if you purchase and use their add-on. They also do not offer good reports with regard to institutional billing. Their customer service is decent, and they do answer immediately when you call.
