Kareo Marketing is a web-based platform designed specifically to help medical practices manage their online reputation, marketing, and patient engagement.

The system was designed to help practices tackle one of their biggest pain points – missed appointments. Among other tools to facilitate this, patients have the ability to schedule their own appointments online; the system will automatically send them reminders via text or email.

Automated recare reminders facilitate ongoing patient nurturing. The system offers tools to optimize SEO and leverage online reviews, and a dashboard provides an overview of activities like appointment requests, referrals, an more.

Kareo Marketing gives patients a way to communicate their satisfaction via post visit surveys, as well as the ability to share on social media and rate and rank providers online.  

Kareo Marketing can be deployed as a standalone application, or integrated with Kareo’s scheduling, billing, and EMR solutions. It’s recommended to medical practices of all sizes.

We used this program to market our practice while the website was being built out, and then as a "Find out more about our practitioner" link on our Facebook and website. It was easy to set up and customize for our practice and provided a way for prospective patients to contact us for an appointment that flowed directly into the practice management site. We had some special considerations, such as wanting requests to go to administrative staff rather than directly to the provider, and customer support was able to help us find a workaround. It's a must-have addition to your Kareo suite!
