Selligy is a customer relationship management (CRM) mobile service smartphone application for sales professionals. It is available in the Apple store for iPhone and iPad. Selligy is integrated with Salesforce’s sales cloud data and enables the sales team to access contacts, calendar, current location data from their mobile devices, and can be integrated into customer’s existing CRM system.
Selligy sends constant reminders to teams about upcoming meetings and other events. Soon after sales representatives complete a meeting, questions about it automatically pop up, and the system then updates this information in the required fields. The system also includes a forecasting tool that enables representatives to adjust and review forecasts.
Selligy has also developed an automation platform known as Pursuit. This platform helps companies create touch patterns and tasks for sales representatives, showing them what task wants them to perform when.
Selligy was named in Gartner's "2014 Cool Vendors in CRM” report.
