What I like most about this software is that it is easy to navigate and enter information even if you are not very familiar with it.
Sometimes the software freezes or shuts down in the middle of entering information and the information is lost

The best part of Revflow is the reports and the way that it is designed to get the most for your services/ reimbursement. BMS is a billing company with lots of experience and John Wallace at the helm, who has taught me a lot as a business owner and his expertise is what helps Revflow be so effective in capturing the best payment possible from your insurers, with less costly denials. Furthermore, BMS is very ethical and can be trusted, they will help you stay compliant with Medicare guidelines and are always on top of changes that come up and are stressors for business owners, such as ICD10, functional outcomes, PQRS, etc. I highly recommend this company and the corresponding software.
Compliance with all necessary Medicare guidelines. It is software designed by a very good billing company, so less likely to get denials from insurance companies due to errors/ items omitted.
It has had some issues in the past, and wasn't always the "prettiest"/user friendly, but it has improved and continues to do so. Furthermore, if you are having issues, their customer support is prompt/attentive.

RevFlow is easy to learn and easy to use. You can set up your own initial exams and add phrases you use often in your documentation. Overall it is functional for our practice and the price is right. The RevFlow platform is based on Silverlight and this is old technology however there is a revision coming that will update the function and capabilities of the RevFlow suite and I am very excited about the possibilities.
