Please run away from this EMR...now!

I would like to also point out that I have been using this system for nearly a year. Nothing has been resolved from the company's standpoint and the errors and issues we initially had were never resolved as promised from RevFlow. This software is a nightmare to use from clinicians and I am appalled and outraged at how the company in general handles issues.
From a billing standpoint this EMR helps you to capitalize on your billable units. There are no other pros to this system
This EMR has been our clinics worst nightmare and we cannot wait to switch. It will undoubtedly take you over 45 minutes to finish an eval just for the slowness of the system and the annoying automatic lock outs alone. There is nothing easy about this system, there are about 20 different tabs you have to click through for notes, and each new tab will take you at least 20 seconds to load...if you have good internet. The system has shut down on us without notice during business days leaving us stranded with no EMR. Full notes and evals have been deleted by the system after they are already finalized, and don't worry when you call customer service and finally get through they will tell you "there is nothing we can do." I have left a message for customer service needing help with their system and got a return phone call 5 days later.. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? All the promises this company sells you on initially don't buy it, this system is the worst, has significantly reduced mine, and the clinics productivity, and there is nothing reliable about their customer service, or even knowing if the EMR will work that day! Please save yourself the hassle of this EMR and run away...FAST!
