Fairsail, now part of Sage, was founded in 2008 and released Fairsail HRIS in 2010. This system provides companies with a cloud-based solution for human capital management and people analytics and human resources (HR) automation.

Fairsail is a HR solution that includes on-boarding, benefits administration, benefit open enrollment, absence management, performance management, dashboards and time entry.

The Fairsail solution provides companies with a single system of record for all their employee data, by providing integration with other third party data processors such as payroll. The two-way transfer of data ensures that companies have up to date reports and analytics for their people data.

The recruiting tool offers an applicant portal, grades by stage and allows job postings to social media channels as well. Its talent management capabilities track goals and objectives, allow 360-degree team feedback and development plans. It can support local languages, multiple currencies and regulations.
