Fairsail was founded in 2008 and released Fairsail HRIS in 2010. In just a few years, it has over 130 clients and is used to manage workforces in over 72 countries. This system provides companies with a cloud-based solution for human capital management and workforce management.

Fairsail is a HRIS solution that manages the entire employee lifecycle, starting with recruiting, and also includes on-boarding, benefits administration, benefit open enrollment, absence management, performance management, dashboards and time entry.

The recruiting tool offers an applicant portal, grades by stage, and allows job postings to social media channels as well. Its talent management capabilities track goals & objectives, allow 360 team feedback, and development plans. Fairsail HRIS streamlines the request and approval process, with alerts triggered by any data field. It can support local languages, multiple currencies and regulations.

Fairsail has several resources available for both new and ongoing users. This includes videos, slideshares, whitepapers, research reports, and more.

I appreciate the vendors responsiveness to services inquiries.

Likes Least

The product was sometimes difficult to navigate due to the vast functionality. However, I believe that with more time you become more familiar with the product and ease of use becomes less of an issue.

Recommendations

Read as much as you can about the product and take advantage of any and all offered training.
