With an integrated toolset spanning onboarding, learning, performance management and compensation, employees can manage their personal growth as well as career and business goals, while HR and hiring managers can manage employee records, prescribe learning, measure performance and factor employees into career and succession plans.

Key features include compensation, learning management, career and succession planning, reviews and HR analytics. The compensation tool helps in providing view of compensation packages including base salary, bonuses, incentive schemes and benefits

ETWeb enables users to record employee data such as personal information, tax forms, benefits eligibility and salary. HR personnel can create job descriptions for job openings with relevant prerequisites and identify, store and display skills and experience of employees.

An employee self-service portal enables employees to view reports and take necessary actions. ETWeb is able to integrate with payroll, time management and other HR systems.

Feedback review for ET Web 11.0.3 (succession)

The system has done what it was designed/customized for, it was stable and reliant. We have not used all available modules.

highly customizable, flexible security setup, updates/patches easily installable, both cloud or on- premise hosting options,good reporting features, reasonable cost , dedicated support

Global use of core module, career management, learning management and recruitment

Pros

Flexible and easy to use solution; multiple languages available, good experice in global implementation / global project management; very good customer support (key accout and imlpementation)

Sometimes parts of the product must to be customized even when we think this should be part of the standard functionalities.

Excellent HRIS

Overall a good system that provides a great user experience. Requires work at the back end but well worth it as users get an online system that drives and supports HR and people activities.

Pros

Great Self Service feature, easy to implement, good support service, capability to customise, and
great performance management module

Cons

Provision of customised training materials rather than out of the box documents. However, support was always available and assistance provided for simple and complex questions. I give Lumesse a big thumbs up for their support.
