InHiro helps companies find candidates by using current employees’ social networks, such as LinkedIn, to increase the number of referrals to open jobs. Employees can post job descriptions with a unique URL and employees will be rewarded for each result when a candidate applies through that link. The search engine of InHiro enables users to apply various filters like location, education and current employer. Additionally, the system automatically suggests additional or alternative keywords to narrow down the search.
InHiro also enables recruiters to create and design job postings within the solution. The system’s analytical tools help human resources (HR) professionals determine which ads are working by tracking the number of applicants from each job post.

We¿ve tried different recruiting tools and applicant tracking systems at our company, but none of them was as user friendly as InHiro. What I liked most is that InHiro was able to connect my company career email with the app, so now all communication from job boards flows directly into the app. The app automatically creates candidate profiles based on emails. I strongly recommend connecting your LinkedIn account with the app, as it makes InHiro much more powerful.

I have found out Inhiro as very useful tool for recruiting as we hire quite frequently. I really like management of cadidatates- it is very simple and user friendly, everything is archived and you can manage all positions very quickly.
