InterviewStream Enterprise is a cloud-based video interviewing solution that manages the hiring process from initial screening to final committee. Live interviewing or conferencing is also available directly through the application.
The interview hire module helps recruiters and hiring managers to create pre-recorded video interviews by choosing questions from a library then recording and uploading the video. Managers can also conduct live interviews, share screens and record interviews. They can also set criteria on how candidates can respond to the video.
Other features in InterviewStream Enterprise include the option to brand your video interviews according to your company or organization, and the ability to share videos with other co-workers involved in the hiring process for direct feedback. Criteria-based rating systems are also available for grading candidates.

InterviewStream allows us to interview candidates without them needing a particular system downloaded on their device. They can participate in interviews from anywhere, as long as they have internet access!
I like that you can customize the interface to align with our company's branding.

Looks nice, but didn't work well.
InterviewStream is a bare-bones interview software. I used it for about 6 months and used it to conduct over 800 interviews. The user-interface is probably the worst part about the site. On the surface, it looks okay, but many of the features make it impossible to use efficiently. You have to "name" links, but cannot access those same links at a later date. Filters you apply cannot be re-accessed. Also, you can't even filter for people who have completed an interview! Candidate interviews cannot be opened in new tabs (it's a small thing, but oddly frustrating). The dashboard cannot be customized and half of the pre-built reports are useless. If you conduct between 10 and 50 interviews a month (and it's your job to manage those interviews), InterviewStream might be okay. But it was simply not built to do interviews en masse.Review Source: Capterra
