Still in Beta - stick with the old Kronos
The load times and lag for this software is crippling. It takes me 5-7 minutes to edit and approve one time-card due to a 10-15 second load delay between each action. I supervise 100 employees and have seriously considered switching to paper sign in sheets.
Online system allows me to access time card data from anywhere with internet. It's easy to see when employees punch in and out.
Input commands lag up to 1 second. Any information transfer load times will exceed 15 seconds (opening accruals, saving a punch edit, switching time-cards).
Countless display bugs. Employee classifications periodically reset without a command from the user. Accrual calculation bugs. Poorly designed scheduler GUI. Schedule display bugs. Wall clock to online database communication bugs.
