Zip Clock is an automated employee time tracking software that allows managers to track employee time and attendance. Zip Clock’s Time Clock software comes pre-installed on Zip Clock hardware units or it can be downloaded on any tablet or mobile device. Mobile apps are available for Android and iPhone.

Zip Clock allows managers to monitor and control real time employee time punches to ensure employees are adhering to their schedule and labor laws. It lowers labor costs by improving time tracking and schedule enforcement. Managers see missing employees instantly and call Zip Clock’s suggested top replacements based upon availability and projected weekly hours. Real-time alerts prompt managers, supervisors and employees before labor law breaches occur, allowing them to take preemptive actions to circumvent penalties that result from violations. Zip Clock includes biometrics that allow administrators to register employee fingerprints and streamline the clock in/out process while eliminating buddy punch-ins.

Great product. Very User friendly. All users are able to use this application with ease. Training was super simple. The "Customer Success" Team was very helpful with implementation and any questions that I had. They also helped my managers with training and how to use the application on an everyday basis. Great job!

Great customer service. The app is easy to use and a must have for small businesses. It relieves the headaches of having notes all over your desk with "time-off" requests. Time off is simply requested through the app by the employee and either approved or declined by the manager. Very easy to set-up weekly schedules as well...monitoring overtime etc. as you schedule. Great job!
