The SaaShr Workforce Management Platform is an HR solution offered by SaaShr, a Kronos Company. This platform was designed to meet the specialized needs of Professional Employer Organizations (PEOs) and Payroll Providers, and offers effective Core HR, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Applicant Tracking, and other key HR capabilities under a private label model to help these organizations better serve their clients.
Highly adaptable, these applications can be used standalone, integrated into a complete suite, or utilized in conjunction with other third party offerings.
SaaShr encourages self-service, and designed the workflow so that employees and managers alike can easily make the most of the system and manage HR-related tasks independently. Utilizing these self-service features, new employees can quickly complete tasks related to the on-boarding process, such as documenting certifications, filling out forms and maintaining training records.
This reduces the amount of work required by HR professionals during the hiring process, and allows them to focus on the most important part of their job – hiring the right people for each position. SaaShr's Time and Attendance solutions reduce payroll errors by providing accurate ways to document employee time, and provides various functionalities with scheduling, accrual tracking, requests for time off, and flexible pay rules.
As a Web-based system, SaaShr scales with company growth, and can be adapted to support the HR needs of any client's business, regardless of size or industry. The SaaShr Workforce Management platform is a great option for PEO and Payroll Providers seeking an affordable, flexible HR solution to capitalize on revenue opportunities and better serve their clients.

Used this for a while and looking to upgrade. Not bad, just want to be more competitive.

one database, one user interface for timetracking, payroll, HRIS and benefits management. Highly configurable. Vendor continues to invest heavily in additional functionality and features
Needs knowledgeable and experienced implementation support to get full value out of system. HR part of system not as "pretty" as some others.
Place high value on this being one of the few single database systems. Don't get swayed by glitzier, siloed systems that perform single functions but have to be stitched together with other systems.
