Job Market Maker Software

With modules for recruiting, assessing and developing workers, Job Market Maker is a Web-based talent acquisition suite suitable for midsize companies in a variety of vertical markets. The system uses predictive algorithms based on thousands of data points submitted by applicants, instead of keyword searches, to assess fit between job openings and candidates in order to find the best match.

Integrated machine learning ensures that the more it is used, the better Job Market Maker can match candidates to users' needs. As job openings are created, recruiters and hiring managers can rank the criteria that is important to them in a candidate, post openings to job boards and social media sites and invite candidates to apply through email.

Job Market Maker can identify worker skills and competency gaps to help organizations get new employees up-to-speed. Succession planning and learning management capabilities, including certification and compliance management, is also included to keep developing workers after they’re hired.

Amazing interface and idea, but absolutely useless for recruiting.

The data is wildly inaccurate and useless. Frequently candidates' locations were way off; sometimes they were on completely opposite sides of the world or their employment listed was sometimes 10+ years out of date. We've contacted hundreds of people through Engage's data and 95% of it was wildly off, so we stopped using it after a month. We did not find a single candidate who's location data was correct.

This software is not worth a single penny.

Pros

Great interface, login and usability

Cons

Worthless inaccurate data
