HireMore is a cloud-based human resources solution that helps organizations across various industry verticals to manage their applicant tracking and hiring operations. It offers users a job posting board and allows employers and job seekers to communicate primarily through video job postings and video interviewing.

Employers can upload videos of their workspace, virtually introduce applicants to team members and record video descriptions of available positions. Applicants can also upload video résumés, profiles and interviews with their references. HireMore partners with third-party applicant testing systems to provide customized assessments of applicants’ skills. These third-party assessments can be completed by applicants online, through HireMore.

Applicants can share their résumé and profile across multiple job listings and on social media. HireMore's “utility calculator” allows applicants to sort job postings by work environment and corporate culture. Additionally, the solution also allows both employers and applicants to track the applicant’s progress through the hiring process.
