For modern HR teams, there are far more user-friendly systems that accomplish the same goals without the frustration. Even simple updates require multiple clicks and often feel buried in menus. Configuration is so technical that you almost need an in-house Sage expert to make ongoing changes. The interface is dated, slow, and unintuitive, and employees frequently struggle with basic tasks like requesting PTO or updating their information.
