Once everything is configured properly, it can handle complex HR workflows and large-scale workforce needs. #### Cons The system is extremely difficult to learn, navigate, and customize. Even simple updates require multiple clicks and often feel buried in menus. Configuration is so technical that you almost need an in-house Sage expert to make ongoing changes. The interface is dated, slow, and unintuitive, and employees frequently struggle with basic tasks like requesting PTO or updating their information. Our company did leave Sage but please know that it wasn't b/c we wanted it to happen. We did not like Oracle and it was so broken. #### Cons That we could not keep the platform. It provides flexible workflows, solid analytics and integrated payroll capabilities with strong customer support. However, it may not be the right match for organizations needing advanced performance modules and highly intuitive UX. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 5/5 - Value for money: 4/5 - Customer support: 5/5 - Functionality: 5/5 #### Pros It is very user-friendly and easy to adapt. It's customizable reports and workflows help simplify core HR functions like leave requests, performance reviews and recruitment. To the best of my knowledge, we haven't face any bug issue. Advanced features like pulse surveys, analytics for wellness and insights into employee energy levels help managers proactively detect burnout or disengagement. Excellent value for money and customer support is also really good. #### Cons Initial customization might seem a bit difficult, however once you start using it regularly, it would be much easier.
