Video Recruit is a cloud-based automated interviewing solution that allows hiring managers to view pre-recorded candidate videos. It also helps them to share videos with colleagues and review them based on various criteria to evaluate an applicant for the job.
Video Recruit allows hiring managers to prepare their interview questions, which can then be sent out to candidates via email. Through the email, candidates can access Video Recruit’s platform to record their answers to the interview questions via webcam. A deadline set by the user ensures that candidates know by what day they should send in their responses. Hiring managers can further view, rate and share candidate responses.
Video Recruit offers two types of pricing options for their platform—VR Unlimited and VR Flexible. In VR Unlimited, companies buy credits based on how many job positions they will use the platform for. In VR Flexible, companies buy credits based on how many video interviews they will do. For each option, credits are valid for one year from date of purchase.
