Video Recruit is a Web-based automated interviewing solution that allows hiring managers to view pre-recorded candidate videos on their own time, share them with colleagues and review them based on a number of criteria to determine the best applicant for the job.
First, hiring managers prepare their interview questions, which can then be sent out to candidates via email. Through the email, candidates can access Video Recruit’s platform to record their answers to the interview questions via webcam. A deadline set by the user ensures that candidates know by what day they should send in their responses. From there, hiring managers can view, rate and share candidate responses on their own time.
Video Recruit offers two types of pricing options for their platform—VR Unlimited and VR Flexible. In VR Unlimited, companies buy credits based on how many job positions they will use the platform for. In VR Flexible, companies buy credits based on how many video interviews they will do. For each option, credits are valid for one year from date of purchase.

This is so much more reliable than other video software I've used for recruiting. I highly recommend this.
The software works well, except when you have a bad internet connection. Weather has sometimes interfered with it.
